As I arrive...

When you come through our doors you'll be in the gathering area in the back of the church where you'll be greeted by the pastor and others.

Visit the Welcome Center to grab a free gift and a service bulletin, which will lead you through the service and share some general church announcements.

Feel free to sit wherever you'd like, whether the front or the back. If you need assistance, a worship attendant will help you.

Some may prefer to "dress up" for church, and others might wear jeans. What matters most is the attitude of the heart. We simply want you to come as you are and hear loud and clear - you matter to God!

What about my kids?

Kids of all ages are welcome at Salem. We encourage kids and their parents to grow in faith together as they hear God's word and sing his praise. Should your kids need a break, feel free to use our fellowship hall in the back of church. There are toys available for the children, and worship audio allows you listen to the service.

In some services, the pastor will deliver a special "children's lesson" as part of the service. This will generally come shortly before the sermon, at which time the children will be invited to come to the front of church for the lesson.

If you need any help during the service, our worship attendants in the back of church are happy to assist!

During the service...

There are usually three or four songs during the service. Lyrics may be sung from a screen, bulletin, or a hymnal. You can sing along or just listen and take in the song's lyrics.

There is a prepared message that hones in on a specific topic. We believe that the Bible doesn't have to be complicated, and we communicate in a way that everyone can understand.

Refreshments are generally served following the service in our fellowship hall. You are invited to join us for Bible Study and Sunday School beginning at 10:15 am.
